It has a soothing and calming effect. The aroma in the oil has an additive effect of relaxing and refreshing. Externally it helps to strengthen the hair roots. How it works: The lukewarm oil in excess quantity and gentle massage over forehead relaxes the mind by having remote action on brain and its components. Research have shown that such sensation induces calming and relaxing effects on mind. This results in sound sleep and refreshing effect.
