Ayurvedic support care for colorectal cancer in Pune. Alongside chemotherapy and surgery, never in place of them. Sunday OPD by appointment. Call 8698282507.

Colorectal cancer treatment tests the whole family, not only the patient. Chemotherapy, surgery and radiation save lives. They also bring nausea, appetite loss, bowel discomfort and deep fatigue. Structured Ayurvedic support care helps the patient stay strong through the full course of oncology treatment.

Treatment Saves Lives. It Also Drains Strength.

Sunday Cancer Support & Panchakarma OPD addresses the burdens that oncology treatment leaves behind:

Chemotherapy Side Effects
Nausea, taste loss and low appetite between cycles make eating difficult when nutrition matters most.
Bowel Comfort and Digestion
Surgery and radiation unsettle the bowel. Digestion (Agni) needs gentle, structured rebuilding.
Strength and Immunity
Deep fatigue and low immunity between cycles. Strength (Bala) and immunity (Ojas) need active support.
Caregiver Load
Families carry the diet, routine and rest decisions daily. Caregivers need a clear, practical plan too.

Support Alongside Oncology, Never a Replacement

We coordinate with your oncologist's plan. Gentle Rasayana protocols, Pathya (personalized diet) and daily-routine correction support strength, digestion and quality of life through treatment. We never ask you to pause or replace chemotherapy, radiation or surgery.

Ayurvedic Medicine in this setting has one job: keep the patient nourished, comfortable and strong enough to complete the oncology course. Many patients report better comfort through treatment cycles. Outcomes vary by constitution and condition.

How a Sunday Consultation Works

1
Share the oncology plan
Bring reports, the current cycle schedule and the oncologist's instructions.
2
Ayurvedic assessment
The doctor assesses digestion (Agni), strength (Bala), sleep and constitution (Prakruti).
3
Personalized support plan
Rasayana support, Pathya diet and a daily routine, built around the treatment calendar. Caregivers receive the same plan in writing.
4
Review every cycle
The plan adjusts as treatment progresses, in step with the oncology team.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Ayurveda cure colorectal cancer?

No. Ayurvedic Medicine does not cure cancer and we never claim it does. Our role is support care alongside oncology: managing treatment side effects, supporting digestion, strength and immunity, and guiding the family. Chemotherapy, surgery and radiation remain your primary treatment.

Will Ayurvedic support care interfere with chemotherapy?

The plan is designed not to. We review your oncology protocol first, keep the oncologist informed, and time every supportive measure around your cycles. Bring all current prescriptions to the consultation so the doctors coordinate safely.

When should support care start?

Any stage works: at diagnosis, between chemotherapy cycles, after surgery, or during recovery. Starting early gives more time to stabilize appetite, digestion and strength before side effects build up.

Which branches run the Sunday Cancer Support OPD?

Ghorpadi (Main, BT Kawade Road) and Hadapsar (Shewalewadi Chauk) see patients in person, both with full Panchakarma facilities. Wagholi offers consultation only. Kharadi and Viman Nagar patients, and families outside Pune, consult online with medicine courier across India. Sunday OPD is by appointment only.

What does the caregiver get from the consultation?

A written plan for the home: what to cook and when (Pathya), the daily routine, rest windows and warning signs that need the oncologist. Caregivers join the consultation, in person or on video.
